An Examination of the Relationships Between Employee Attitudes Toward Artificial Intelligence, Job Insecurity, and Workplace Satisfaction

This quantitative study examines how employees’ beliefs about artificial intelligence relate to perceived job insecurity and workplace satisfaction in the United States. Survey data from adults recruited through Prolific was used to explore how employees experience AI as it becomes more integrated into modern work.

Job insecurity was positively related to attitudes toward AI, which were also positively related to work satisfaction.

Practical implication
